Mustang by Manitou’s newest compact track loader features a 1,350-pound lifting capacity and intuitive single joystick control.
The 1350RT’s small size comes in handy on tight jobsites. The joystick is designed for one-to-one control and to reduce operator fatigue.
The CTL’s design is similar to the Gehl RT135, released earlier this year, and is based on the Mustang 1350R skid steer.
The 1350RT runs on a 46.6-horsepower Yanmar engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards through automatic regeneration and no fuel additives. It has a maximum lift height of 9 feet 2 inches. It can be easily transported due to its 57-inch width and 76-inch height, the company says.
The company’s IdealTrax automatic track tensioning system prevents the tracks from becoming overtensioned and extends their life 15 percent, the company says. When the engine is turned on, the tracks automatically achieve correct tension, and when the engine Is turned off, the track tension is released. This eliminates the need for daily track checks, and when tension is released, the tracks can be easily changed when necessary.
The 1350RT is equipped with a Multi-Tach attachment system. Options include a back-up camera and a HydraGlide system for a smoother ride and less material loss. An additional self-leveling option keeps the attachment level while lifting.
