McMichael is scheduled to deliver three education sessions designed to help companies “move from compliance-driven checklists to humanity-based solutions.”

The classes are as follows:

  • Safety Training Ninjas – based on her recently released book, “The Safety Training Ninja,” the course helps trainers develop effective training and tools to engage trainees. Trainers also learn how to develop learning objectives and demonstrate achievement of those objectives. The course will be presented Thursday, March 12, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Getting a Seat at the C-Suite: What Every Safety Pro Should Know – focuses on how to get management to support safety initiatives.
  • People not Policy – is about “bringing humanity back to the safety world.”
