JLG is now offering a 3-foot platform as an available option for all of its engine-powered boom lifts.

Available as an aftermarket purchase or with a new machine, the 30-by-36 platform is designed for jobs in tight spaces, such as bridge repair, between steel and concrete support structures, or applications in petrochemical plants, refineries, cogeneration facilities, stadiums, convention centers or even in houses of worship.

Bill Dovey, JLG’s senior product manager for booms, says the platforms “allow workers to access work areas where traditional platforms wouldn’t fit.”

JLG says the platform comes standard with JLG’s SkyGuard enhanced control panel protection system.
